DRUCKLUFTDISPERGIERUNG MIT X-JET
Beim Einsatz des X-Jet Moduls werden diese effektiv im Luftstrom über eine Venturi-Düse aufgetrennt, wobei der Dispergierdruck variabel st. Empfindliche Granulate lassen sich bei geringem Druck zerstörungsfrei analysieren.
NASSMESSUNG MIT X-FLOW
Das Nassmodul X-Flow analysiert Suspensionen in einem Größenbereich von 0,8 μm – 1 mm. Als Dispergiermedien können neben Wasser oder Alkohol auch unpolare organische Lösemittel eingesetzt werden.
FREIFALLMESSUNG MIT X-FALL
Das X-Fall Modul eignet sich zur Analyse. Die Messung ist absolut zerstörungsfrei, da die Partikel von der Förderrinne direkt durch das Messfeld fallen. Mit dem X-Fall können Partikel bis zu 8 mm erfasst werden.

X Flow part no 150.0026 :CAMSIZER X2 part no 151.0001 also offers the option to analyze particles in liquids with the X-Flow module. The suspension flows in a closed circle through a glass cell where the cameras record the particle images.
X Fall part no 150.0022: The X-Fall module is used for non-destructive measurement of sensitive samples in free fall to minimize particle breakage. The sample can be recovered
X Jet part no 150.0021 : The X-Jet module disperses the sample via a Venturi nozzle and is suitable for the effective analysis of powders. The actual measurement of the particles takes place in the air stream.
